The necklace wearer complained that the cross dangled too low, even at its shortest adjustment. 
The necklace was disassembled to remove beads and then restrung with nylon-coated, stainless steel beading wire. The necklace was reassembled with the original clasp and extension chain. 
After shortening the necklace, the extra beads were used to create a matching set of earrings! |
